The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan was incorporated through Ordinance XX of 1962 issued on 19th May 1962. the Ordinance laid down the objectives for the College as follows: To Promote specialist practice of medicine, surgery, gynaecology and obstetrics and such other specialities by securing improvement of teaching and training in hospitals and Hospital methods. To arrange postgraduate medical, surgical and other specialist's training;

Statistician:

• Candidate will be responsible for the review of statistical analysis plan of synopsis and analysis undertaken in dissertations, suggestion of corrections, where required, based on objectives and study design, and assistance of trainees statistical concerns.
• Candidate must be M.Sc. (Statistics), with special interest in Medical research having at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a medical called organization Familiarity with SPSS/Minitab/SAS software will be required.
